Amber Cares: A Mostyn Law Community Initiative

At Mostyn Law, we believe that true justice requires holding powerful entities accountable and protecting the community’s well-being. This mission is driven by our founder, Amber Mostyn, whose lifelong dedication to advocacy is reflected in both her legal victories and her philanthropic work through Amber Cares. We are proud to announce the Mostyn Law Empowerment & Justice Scholarship, a new initiative to support students passionate about consumer safety and legal advocacy. We invite the next generation of leaders to share their insights on how our legal system can better serve victims of negligence and defective products. Amber Mostyn, Mostyn Law and 1-800-TruckWreck are partnering with 97.9 The Box to provide $10,000 in rental assistance to Houston families facing financial hardships. Amber Mostyn is personally stepping up to support ten local families with $1,000 each to help cover rising rent costs. We want to hear the stories of resilience in our community and offer a helping hand during these tough seasons.

Join Mostyn Law as we “Stop the Silence” at Tom Bass Regional Park for Houston’s premier breast cancer awareness walk. We are excited to support Sisters Network® Inc. alongside the Kandi Krush Krew and our partner Kandi Eastman from Majic 102.1 FM. Your involvement helps fund mammograms and financial aid for women in need throughout our local community.

A December Community Giveback Driven by a shared purpose, Mostyn Law, Madd Hatta Cares Inc., and Hoodies4Healing teamed up to host a significant community giveback event on December 14th, 2025. This partnership helped feed, uplift, and serve Houston’s homeless population, demonstrating the power of community and compassion in making a tangible difference for those in need.

Juneteenth Parade in the birthplace of Galveston Texas.

Hosted at the Toyota Center, this inaugural event celebrated influential women in Houston who are breaking barriers and inspiring change. The panel featured thought leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and community advocates who shared their journeys and empowered the next generation of female leaders.

To honor local parents who go above and beyond, Amber Cares awarded $1,000 each to five mothers and five fathers nominated by their communities. These parents exemplified resilience, sacrifice, and unconditional love.

Each February, Houstonians gather for this festive event, which features breakfast tacos, live music, cowboy karaoke, and heartfelt recognition of port workers, teachers, plant employees, and first responders—the everyday heroes who power our city.

In honor of those who serve and protect Houston, Mostyn Law presented 20 winners with a $200 check, a plaque, and a $100 gift card to a local Houston restaurant, in gratitude for their strength, courage, and commitment to our safety.

Amber Cares proudly joined this powerful walk in support of survivors of violence and abuse. This partnership helped raise awareness, encourage healing, and foster unity across Houston.
