I am writing to you to express my sincere gratitude in helping resolve my case. It was by far the most difficult thing losing my home from hurricane Sandy, with life turned upside down literally overnight. We received $900 from Texas Windstorm Insurance Association for one of our homes. This was after the adjuster originally advised us we were to get approximately $24,000. After some time passed, I called our adjuster who then informed us a majority of our claim wasn’t covered and his supervisor had already been to our property without us being present. TWIA had disallowed all but about $300. We received a check for this amount and for some reason two months later we received another check for $600. Feeling enough was enough we decided to contact the Mostyn Law Firm after learning about their services on television. Now we have them on our side clearing up our insurance claim disputes on all of our thirty plus properties and a business interruption claim.
