1. ELIGIBILITY

The Mostyn Law Mother’s Day Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the Houston, Texas surrounding area. Nominators must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Nominees (Winners) must be a mother or guardian of a child; there is no age requirement for the nominee, however, if a winner is under the age of eighteen (18), the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian. Employees of Mostyn Law, its affiliates, its advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Radio station KMJQ-FM Majic 102.1 is a promotional partner but is not the prize provider.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

• Nominations Open: April 13, 2026, at 12:01 AM CT.
• Nominations Close: May 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT.
• Winner Announcements: Daily announcements will occur between May 4, 2026, and May 8, 2026.

3. HOW TO ENTER / NOMINATION PROCESS

To enter, visit Mostynlaw.com/mom/ and complete the official nomination form. You may nominate yourself (if 18+) or any mother or guardian of a child whom you know personally. You may nominate more than one person; however, submitting multiple nominations for the same individual will not increase that individual’s chances of being selected. By entering, you agree to receive newsletters and marketing communications from Mostyn Law. You may opt-out at any time; opting out will not impact your chances of winning.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Five (5) total winners will be selected by Amber Mostyn and a designated Mostyn Law committee (the “Committee”). Winners will be selected based on the Committee’s subjective review of the nomination story, with a focus on supporting mothers (including young mothers) and guardians in the Houston community. One (1) winner will be identified and/or announced each weekday on the following dates: May 4, 5, 6, 7, and May 8, 2026. Potential winners (or their guardians) will be contacted via the phone number or email provided at the time of entry. You must respond within twelve (12) hours of the first attempt. Failure to respond within this 12-hour window will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. If a selected winner is a minor, their parent or legal guardian must provide valid identification and execute all required release forms to claim the prize.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

Five (5) individual winners will each receive a one-time payment of $1,000.00 USD in the form of a check issued by Mostyn Law. Total Prize Pool: $5,000.00. Winners (or their legal guardians) are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. A Form 1099 will be issued for tax purposes.

6. PUBLICITY RELEASE (NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS)

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant’s and winner’s (or their guardian’s) consent to Mostyn Law’s use of their name, image, likeness, voice, and nomination story for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media (including radio broadcast on Majic 102.1, social media, and digital advertising) without further payment or consideration.

7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants and nominees (and their legal guardians) agree to release and hold harmless Mostyn Law, Amber Mostyn, and all participating radio broadcast partners (including Majic 102.1) from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Contest or the awarding, receipt, and/or use of any prize.
