Ms. Saldivar has been employed with Mostyn Law since 2014. She is an Associate Attorney with the firm. Ms. Saldivar works on First Party Litigation cases against insurance companies, as well as Personal Injury cases. Prior to her employment at Mostyn Law, she interned at the Harris County Public Defender’s Office and the Supreme Court of Texas for the Honorable David Medina. She has experience handling employment actions, third party insurance disputes, wrongful death and survival actions, and predatory lending cases against banks. Ms. Saldivar has trial experience as first chair in a personal injury case and has delivered oral arguments in the 13th Court of Appeals.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Ms. Saldivar attended the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. There, she participated heavily in the trial advocacy program and was on the executive board of the Hispanic Law Student Association.

Ms. Saldivar is a native Texan, and currently resides in McAllen, Texas. In her spare time, she is a supporter of the performing arts and enjoys travel. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
