No Fee Unless You Win

Have you been injured by a defective product?

If a defective product seriously injured you or a loved one, we will fight aggressively to hold the proper parties accountable. We have an experienced team that handles product liability cases.

We’ve won big cases like this in the past. For example, our scientific testing of the electric seat heaters in the 2003 and 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokees definitively revealed that they were a fire hazard. This evidence paved the way to a successful resolution of the related severe burn litigation and led to a nationwide recall of 111,700 Grand Cherokees. Click here to read more.

Manufacturers and sellers of products have legal obligations to consumers and if you think a defective product is responsible for a serious injury to you or a loved one, contact us immediately so we can make sure you get the justice you deserve.

Any product that causes harm to the consumer due to defects can be the subject of a products liability suit.

Please contact us right now to see if we can help you.

One last thing — we generally work on a “contingent fee basis” which means no fees or cost to you unless we successfully resolve your case.  Please click here to read more.
