FEMA Extends the 60 Day Deadline for Victims of Recent Texas Flooding

As a result of a request from Mostyn Law, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) today extended the 60 day deadline for victims of recent Texas flooding to file proofs of loss and estimates. This extension will give Texas families and businesses with National Flood Insurance Program flood policies much needed additional time to make sure their claim is paid fully.

Letter to FEMA from Mostyn Law.

Response from FEMA.
