Sugar Land, Texas based TechRadium, is a provider of mass notification and emergency alert systems to school districts, municipal governments, the U.S. military and other organizations.
Twitter, the red-hot micro-blogging and social networking company faces allegations of violating three separate mass notification patents owned by TechRadium.
Mostyn Law filed the suit on August 4, 2009 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. The suit seeks among other things unspecified damages, recovery of attorneys' fees and a permanent injunction against Twitter.
